I always felt low were about clarity, and slowdive were about anything but.
I'd still settle for clarity over haziness concerning slowcore then. The whole genre can be a little grating sometimes and I'm usually thankful when a slowcore artists doesn't fill up 80 minutes on a disc because it always seems longer than that.
